Return/Refund Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For a return:

• The product must remain unopened and unused.
• Special orders or used products are non-returnable.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged for unopened products returned within 30 days.
• Refunds can take up to 7 business days, depending on operational hours.
• PELLET FUEL IS NON-RETURNABLE

Non-eligible items for return:

• Used or installed items.
• Clearance items.
• Warehouse Deal Items.
• Custom, special, and made-to-order products.
• Items marked as "non-returnable."

Damages: In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product, notify us within five calendar days of delivery.
